So who are we, why are we doing it, and where are we going?

Green Demon was started for many reasons, but of course the overriding reason is the environment and the wish to help clean up the mess we have made, and continue to make, of our planet. 
Our business is run from our Sydney showroom as well as several Sydney Organic markets & of course, online.

So why the brand name Green Demon? 
We see most peoples daily decisions as a trade-off between cost, convenience and the environment. When faced with quality eco-friendly products and a similar product that is cheaper but less eco-friendly you have to make a choice. You have in effect two little demons sitting on your shoulder - one red demon saying 'buy cheap!' and the other green demon saying 'buy green!'. We want the 'Green Demon' to win! 
But of course the reality is we need to get cost as near to the traditional non-eco friendly products as possible, especially in this economic climate, otherwise the red demon will win! We are pretty sure we continue to have the lowest prices, but if you see something cheaper elsewhere (that's not on special, discounts, sale etc..) let us know!
The brand is aiming not just at the traditional demographic of well educated reasonably affluent purchasers who make up the majority of buyers, but also aims to capture a younger audience, who in the last few years will have become aware of the issues facing us all. They are of course, the future.

The ultimate aim is to have us all using a lot more of the products that up until the last decade or so were just not viably commercial to sell to a mass market. Thanks to the early pioneers who stuck with the green movement and developed the products we now sell, the buying habits and general awareness of 'cause and effect' with regards to how we live is changing. Where we go will depend largely upon your buying habits and where you take us, but we will continue to bring the everyday products you need as well as the new innovations and latest developments.
