1. Is paying Online safe?
Yes, it is, probably more secure than writing a cheque, giving your card number over the phone or faxing your details!
2. Who does Green Demon Use for payments and why?
We use the ANZ Egate secure payment system for credit card payments and Paypal.
The advantage to you is that we never actually get to see your card details, only your delivery address.
We have a dedicated SSL encryption system that securely processes your credit card payment. An as it's ANZ, you can be sure you are getting the most secure and modern payment facility there is!
3. So how does your payment system work - is it simple?
When you checkout (i.e. when you have finished shopping and have all you want) you are given the option to pay using your credit card or a PayPal account - lots of frequent online shoppers use PayPal for convinience, security and speed - or, if you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to set one up, you have the option of simply entering your card details and postal address for delivery. You simply enter your details when prompted.
4. Is there any other way to pay apart from online?
You can also pay by direct deposit (EFT) and have the goods sent out as you would with the PayPal system. The only slight drawback is that we have to wait for the funds to clear (usually 2-5 days), whereas paying by PayPal and Credit Cards is instant. You will need to contact us first with your order & your delivery address. We will then send you an email with the total amount to be deposited. You will need to enter these EFT details:

You can also phone us and pay via credit card over the phone.
To speed up the process and have you spend less of your valuable time on the phone, please email us at info@greendemon.com.aufirst with the order details so we can work out postage and a final invoice amount. You are welcome to indicate a day and time you would like to be called back to proccess your order, or you can of course simply phone us when you are ready.
