Postage: how does my product reach me?

We have a contract with Fastway Couriers and have fixed costs for pricing. This keeps costs fixed and gives us a tracking number and insurance for larger items. 

PLEASE NOTE: OUR COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY BY COURIER IS NOT A FASTER METHOD OF DELIVERY - IT IS USED FREQUENTLY AS IT IS USUALLY A LOWER COST THAN AUSTRALIA POST. WHERE A COURIER SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL USE AUSTRALIA POST.

RETURNS:

3rd PARTY TRIAL PERIODS & SPECIAL OFFERS:

We want you to be happy with the product you have purchased, but due to the unpredictable nature of dealing with pests, we cannot predict the efficiency of these products due to both incorrect usage/placement or the unpredictability of managing and controlling living elements.

Occasionally some of our suppliers will run promotions or discounts such as a trial period or free postage. We occasionally run price promotions, but it will be clearly stated on the product page. If there is no such statement or product then NO PROMOTION APPLIES, REGARDLESS OF OTHER DISTRIBUTERS, MANUFACTURERS AND OR OTHER RETAILER OFFERS! 

These products have been tested over many years, and run at between 50% and 80% efficiency with regards to pest control. You can never accurately predict how they will perform, although they have a great success rate with the majority of users.

IT IS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE IF THIS IS THE CORRECT PRODUCT FOR YOU - NO RETURNS FOR NON-WORKING ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED - WE DO NOT OFFER TRIAL PERIODS.
